Ingredients

Enoki Mushrooms
- 2 packets Enoki Mushrooms
- 1 c Flour
- 0.5 c Cornstarch
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.75 c water, iced cold
Gochujang Mayo
- 1 tbsp Gochujang
- 0.5 c mayo
- Lemon juice, splash
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste

Directions

1. Start off by cutting the ends of the enoki mushrooms.
2. Wash mushrooms and pat dry to get rid of any moisture.
3. Slice the mushrooms into little bunches that are not too big and also not too small.
4. Mix together the batter- flour, cornstarch, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and iced cold water.
5. Dip the mushrooms and shake to remove excess batter drippings.
6. Deep fry or shallow fry until golden brown.
7. Let it cool on a drying rack.
8. Serve with gochujang mayo and enjoy!
