Ingredients

Spaghetti
- 1 lb spaghetti noodles
- 15 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 Onion, diced, large
- 0.5 lb Filipino longanisa
- 0.5 lb Ground beef
- 1 pack Filipino hot dogs
- 0.5 c Mozzarella, low moisture
- 1 bottle banana ketchup
- 1 c Coconut milk
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Parmesan cheese, as needed

Directions

Preparation
1. Mince the garlic.
2. Dice the onions.
3. Cut the mozzarella.
4. Take the longanisa meat out of the casing.
5. Cut the hot dogs.
6. Set all aside.
For the Sauce
1. In a pot over medium heat, add the garlic.
2. Saute the garlic until slightly toasted.
3. Then add the onions and cook until translucent.
4. Next add the longanisa and ground beef.
5. Saute, making sure the meat is broken up.
6. Once it is cooked, add the hot dogs, banana ketchup, and coconut milk.
7. Season with salt and pepper.
8. Once the sauce comes to a boil, add the mozzarella, and stir in till it melts into the sauce.
For the Spaghetti
1. While you are cooking the sauce, in a separate pot, bring water to a boil.
2. Once boiling, add the spaghetti and cook to desired doneness.
3. Drain the noodles, then add to the sauce and mix thoroughly.
Serving
1. Whether you are serving it in a tray or individual plates, finish by grating parmesan cheese on top.
2. Serve warm.
