Salad
- 0.5 Romaine lettuce, chopped
- 2 Tomatoes, chopped
- 2 Lebanese cucumbers
- 1 long green pepper
- 6 Radishes, thinly sliced
- 1 stalk spring onion
- 3 tbsp pomegranate seeds
- 1 bunch fresh parsley & mint
Dressing
- 1 tbsp pomegranate molasses
- 0.25 c Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 clove Garlic, finely grated (optional)
- 1 tsp Sumac
- 0.5 tsp Salt, or to taste
- 0.5 tsp Pepper, or to taste
Topping
- 1 c toasted pita chips

Directions

To prepare the salad
1. Start by adding all the vegetables, including the lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, pepper, radishes, and herbs, to a bowl.
2. Toss the vegetables together.
For the dressing
1. Add olive oil, lemon juice, sumac, pomegranate molasses, salt, pepper, and optionally garlic to a small glass jar.
2. Shake well.
3. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss everything together until they are well coated.
4. Top with toasted pita bread and enjoy immediately.
