Ingredients for 2 Sandwiches
- 4 slices white bread
- 2 Hard Boiled Eggs
- 0.125 c mayo
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 0.25 tsp Garlic powder
- 0.25 tsp Onion powder
- 0.25 tsp Paprika
- pinch Sugar, if using japanese mayo
- Green onions

Directions

Hard Boiling the Eggs
1. Start by hard boiling your eggs in boiling water for 10 minutes.
2. Transfer to an ice bath for another 10 minutes.
Preparing the Egg Yolks
1. Peel your eggs and cut in half then remove the yolk and add to a separate bowl.
2. To the yolks add all other seasonings and mix.
Preparing the Egg Whites
1. Chop up egg whites into small pieces.
2. Add to yolk mixture and add more mayo as you need to achieve desired creaminess.
3. Add green onions and mix.
Assembling the Sandwich
1. Cut off the crusts of your bread then add egg mixture into bread cut in half and enjoy!
