Ingredients

Ramen Noodles
- 3 oz ramen noodles, boiled & strained
Broth
- 1 clove Garlic, finely chopped
- 1.5 inch Ginger, finely chopped
- 0.5 tsp Chili flakes, or as desired
- 2 tbsp Neutral oil
- 1 tsp red curry paste
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp Tahini, choose a runny tahini
- 0.75 c Hot water
- 0.5 c Coconut milk
Toppings
- 1 Carrot, julienned and sautéed
- 1 c tempeh
- 1 spring onion
- 0.25 c Cilantro leaves
- 1 tbsp crushed peanuts

Directions

For the broth
1. Add garlic, ginger, and chili flakes directly to your bowl.
2. Heat the oil and pour it over the ingredients.
3. Add the red chili paste and all the other broth ingredients.
4. Whisk everything together until well combined.
For the toppings
1. Next, add your toppings to the bowl.
2. Julienned and sautéed carrot, cubed and roasted tempeh, chopped spring onion, cilantro leaves, and crushed peanuts all make great additions to this ramen bowl.
