- 0.5 c whipping cream
- 0.25 c condensed milk
- 1 tsp gelatin powder
- 2 tsp water
- cake pieces
- 60 g cookies
- 20 g Butter

Directions

Whipping the cream
1. In a bowl, add cold whipping cream and mix until stiff peaks are formed.
Preparing the gelatin
1. In a small bowl, add the gelatin and water.
2. Mix until combined and keep it aside for 2 minutes.
3. Melt the gelatin on a double boiler or in a microwave.
Combining the ingredients
1. Add the gelatin mixture and condensed milk into the whipped cream.
2. Mix until combined.
Assembling the mousse
1. Pipe a layer of the cream in a silicon mould and place a cake piece in the middle.
2. Pipe more cream on top to cover the cake and spread evenly.
Preparing the cookie layer
1. In a bowl, add crushed cookies and melted butter.
2. Mix until combined.
3. Add a thin layer of the cookie mixture on top of the cream.
Setting and glazing the mousse
1. Refrigerate until it sets.
2. Unmould the mousse and cover it with the glaze (optional).
3. Refrigerate until it sets.
