Ingredients

Glutinous Rice Flour Dough
- 45 g glutinous rice flour
- 10 g Corn starch
- 30 g Sugar
- 80 g Milk
- 10 g Butter
- food color

- lemon curd

Directions

Preparation of Dough
1. In a bowl, add glutinous rice flour, corn flour, sugar, milk and food color (optional); mix until combined.
2. Filter and transfer into a pan.
3. Add butter; mix and cook on low heat until it turns into a soft dough.
4. Knead by stretching; knead until stretchy without breaking.
5. Divide, dust corn flour and roll the dough.
Shaping and Filling
1. Place in a cup (I used lemon shell to get the lemon shape).
2. Add a layer of whipped cream and add lemon curd in the middle.
3. Add whipped cream on top and cover with dough pinched together.
4. Remove the excess and dust corn flour to prevent sticking.
