- 0.333 c Tahini
- 0.25 c Olive oil
- 0.25 c cold water
- 0.5 tbsp Cumin
- 1 tbsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Salt

Directions

1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until texture is smooth.
2. Add hummus to a flat plate and create a well in the center.
3. Add olive oil in that "well" and garnish with whole garbanzo beans and sumac.
