- 2 Eggs
- 0.25 tbsp dairy free shredded cheese
- 2 tbsp lactose free cream cheese
- 1 lactose free butter
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Red pepper flakes, to taste

Directions

Air-frying the potatoes
1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
2. Toss the potato cubes with garlic and herb seasoning and a drizzle of olive oil.
3. Air fry for 15-20 minutes or until golden and crispy, shaking the basket occasionally for even cooking.
Preparing the scrambled eggs
1. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream cheese, and cheese.
2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat with lactose-free butter.
3. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and gently scramble the eggs, stirring continuously until they reach a soft, fluffy consistency.
Final steps
1. Once the potatoes are done, remove them from the air fryer and set aside.
2. Assemble your breakfast bowl: Start by placing the air-fried roasted potatoes at the bottom of the bowl.
3. Top with the softly scrambled eggs, ensuring they cover the potatoes evenly.
