Ingredients

Dough
- 2.75 c Flour
- 0.25 c Granulated sugar
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 0.75 c whole milk
- 3 tbsp Unsalted butter
- 2.25 tsp yeast
- 1 Large egg
Filling
- 3 tbsp Unsalted butter
- 0.333 c Brown sugar, packed
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon
Icing
- 2 c Powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp Butter, melted
- 2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 4 tbsp Cream, Add cream till desired consistency is reached

Directions

Prepare the Dough
1. Mix together flour, sugar, salt.
2. Combine butter and milk, microwave until 110 degrees, add your yeast.
3. Mix together your flour mixture, egg and yeast mixture.
4. Mix until a nice dough forms then knead for 3 minutes and let rest for 10 minutes.
Prepare the Filling
1. Make the filling by combining brown sugar & cinnamon.
Assemble the Cinnamon Rolls
1. Roll out the rested dough into a large rectangle, cover with the butter and sprinkle with cinnamon brown sugar mixture.
2. Roll it up into a log and cut into 9 cinnamon rolls.
3. Let proof for 60-90 minutes or until double in size.
Bake the Cinnamon Rolls
1. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes or until golden on top.
Prepare the Icing and Serve
1. Combine sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract and cream to form icing.
2. Let cinnamon rolls cool for 5 minutes then put icing on and serve.
