Pizza Dip
- 0.5 c Ricotta Cheese
- 0.5 c Sour Cream
- 4 oz Cream Cheese
- 0.75 c Pizza Sauce
- 1 tbsp Garlic powder
- 1 tbsp Onion powder
- 1.5 tbsp Italian Seasonings
- 0.5 tsp Red pepper flakes
- 10 Pepperoni
- 1.5 c Mozzarella cheese
- 0.5 c Parmesan flakes
- 5 Basil
- 10 Toasted Baguette

Directions

Preparing the Cheese Mixture
1. In a mixing bowl add ricotta cheese, sour cream, and softened cream cheese.
2. Add seasonings; Onion powder, Italian seasonings and red pepper flakes and mix well.
Assembling the Dip
1. To a small cast iron skillet, add your ricotta cheese mixture.
2. Then top with pizza sauce.
3. Then add mozzarella cheese, pepperoni and a few more red pepper flakes for garnish.
Baking and Serving
1. Bake uncovered at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes until bubbly.
2. Garnish with chopped basil.
3. Use toasted baguettes or pita chips for dipping and enjoy! Serve immediately while hot!
