Ingredients

Salmon
- 5 oz Salmon Filets
- 2 tbsp Butter, or olive oil
Blackened Seasoning
- 2 tbsp Smoked Paprika
- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 tbsp Garlic powder
- 1 tbsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1 tbsp Harissa Powder
- 1 tbsp Onion powder
- 1 tbsp Dried Italian Herbs
- 1 tsp Salt
Yogurt Remoulade Sauce
- 2 tsp Blackened Seasoning
- 2 tsp Prepared Horseradish
- 0.25 cup Dijon Mustard
- 0.25 cup Pickle Relish
- 3 cloves Garlic, finely minced
- 2 tsp Hot Sauce
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt, or mayo

Directions

Preparation
1. Mix all Blackened Seasoning ingredients together. Set aside.
2. In a separate bowl, mix all the Remoulade Sauce ingredients together. Set aside.
3. Cut the salmon filets into 2-3” pieces.
4. Add to a large bowl with 2-3 tablespoons of the Blackened Seasoning.
5. Massage the salmon so the seasoning is evenly distributed.
Cook the Salmon
1. Heat up the olive oil in a large skillet over Medium High Heat.
2. Add the salmon bites to sear 40-45 seconds on each side.
3. Reduce heat to Medium-Low.
4. Add 2 tbsp water to the pan and cover with a lid.
5. Cook 4-6 more minutes, until flaky and fully cooked.
Serve
1. Enjoy warm immediately with Remoulade sauce!
