Directions

1. Toast coconut shred in oven for 25 minutes at 275 degrees. Watch closely, you just want them to be fragrant and light brown in color.
2. Using a double broiler, melt chocolate chips.
3. Add coconut shreds to melted chocolate.
4. Make circles with the chocolate mixtures with a well in the middle of each one.
