Ingredients

Sauce
- 1 Tbs doubanjiang
- 1 Tbs Maple syrup
- 0.25 cup sundried tomatoes
- 1 tsp White pepper
- 0.25 cup Hot water
- 3 clove Garlic
- 0.5 cup Cilantro
Other
- 1 can cannellini beans
- 2 slice Bread
- 1 Tbs Oil

Directions

1. Toast 2 slices of bread.
2. In a food processor, blend doubanjiang, maple syrup, sundried tomatoes, white pepper, hot water, 2 garlic cloves, and cilantro.
3. Open the can of cannellini beans and drain the liquid. Rinse well under water. Add to a bowl along with the sauce. Mix everything well.
4. Rub one garlic clove on both pieces of bread. Add the beans and finish off with a plant-based yogurt and fresh cilantro.
