Ingredients

Main ingredients (filling)
- Sour cream, optional
- shredded cheese, optional
- 3 Bell peppers, Any color you want
- 1 Red onion
- 1 can Black beans
- 1 pack Corn tortillas, about 8 tortillas, can also be flour tortillas
Spice mix
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Chili powder, can also be cayenne pepper
- 2 tsp Smoked paprika
- 0.5 tsp Garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp Ground cumin
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch
Guacamole
- 2 Avocados
- Salt, to taste
- 0.5 lemon Fresh lemon juice
- Chili powder, a pinch

Directions

1. Chop onion and peppers in thin slices, then fry them with some oil in a large skillet until soft. You can add a sip of water to accelerate the cooking process.
2. Once they start softening, add your spice mix. Let it cook another 5 minutes until the peppers are fully softened and add another sip of water if it becomes too dry.
3. In a small pot, heat up the beans. Add some salt and garlic powder to taste.
4. Warm up your tortillas in a pan or microwave. Fill them with your fajitas mix, beans, sour cream, cheese and guacamole
Guacamole
1. Mash 2 avocados, then add juice of half a lemon and add a pinch of salt and chili powder. Mix well & enjoy!
