- 1 tsp Avocado oil
- 1 tsp sofrito
- 1 tsp sazon
- 1 tsp adobo
- 10 oz frozen cauliflower medley

Directions

1. In a frying pan, add the oil, sofrito, seasonings and cauliflower rice.
2. Mix well until all the ingredients are combined.
3. Cover and cook on low heat for 10-15 minutes until the cauliflower is completely cooked.
4. Add a small amount of water if needed to avoid the cauliflower from burning.
5. Typically the cauliflower will release enough liquid to allow it to cook on its own.
6. Enjoy as a side dish with your favorite meal.
