Directions

1. Prepare Cucumber: Wash the cucumber thoroughly. Using a peeler, cut the cucumber into thin slices. Place the cucumber slices next to each other, slightly overlapping, to form a sheet.
2. Absorb Moisture: Use a paper towel to gently absorb any excess moisture from the cucumber sheet. This helps the ingredients adhere better.
3. Add Cream Cheese: Spread approximately 150 grams of cream cheese evenly over the cucumber sheet. Ensure an even coating for a creamy texture in every bite.
4. Layer with Smoked Salmon: Place approximately 100 grams of smoked salmon slices on top of the cream cheese layer, covering the entire surface.
5. Add Avocado: Slice one medium-sized avocado thinly and place the slices over the smoked salmon.
6. Roll it Up: Carefully start rolling the cucumber sheet from one end. Roll it tightly to create a compact sushi roll.
7. Slice and Serve: Once rolled, use a sharp knife to slice the roll into bite-sized pieces.
