- pinch salt flower and fresh black pepper

- 0.25 cup sugar cane honey

Directions

1. Dry the eggplant batons with paper towels and coat one by one with flour. Remove the excess, dip them in the egg and then in the bread crumbs mixed with spices. Place them in your Air fryer’s basket and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, or until golden brown and crunchy.
