- 1 8 oz salmon filet
- 1 c White rice, cooked
- 1 c Cabbage
- 2 Green onion, sliced thinly
- Salt, Dash
- 2 tbsp Kewpie mayo
- 4 tbsp Kimchi

Directions

For the salmon
1. Add some salt and pepper to the salmon.
2. Preheat the oven to 370 deg F and bake the salmon for around 15 minutes depending on the thickness of the salmon.
For the vegetables
1. In a pan over medium heat, add the thinly sliced cabbage and green onion.
2. Add some salt and cook for around 4-5 minutes.
For the filling
1. In a bowl, add the cooked white rice, cooked salmon, cooked vegetables, chopped kimchi, and mayo.
2. Mix well.
For the rice paper dumpling
1. Soak the rice paper in warm water for around 10 seconds.
2. Place 2 tbsp of filling in the middle and fold in all four sides to form a rectangle.
3. Soak another rice paper to add another layer, this will prevent the dumpling from breaking while cooking.
For cooking the dumpling
1. In a pan over medium-high heat, add oil and cook the rice paper dumpling on each side for around 3-4 minutes each until golden brown and crispy.
For serving
1. Serve with some soy sauce.
