- 1 Onion, diced
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 2 cups Mushrooms, sliced
- water
- 3 tbsp Cornstarch
- 0.25 c Milk
- 0.5 c Heavy cream
- Parsley, for garnish
Spices
- Paprika
- Chili powder
- chicken bouillon
- Oregano
- Salt
- Pepper

Directions

1. In a pot, melt butter and saute onions, garlic and mushrooms.
2. Add in your spices and give it a good mix. Toss in water, cover and let it cook for about 15 minutes.
3. Add in cornstarch slurry and heavy cream and let it cook for another 15 minutes.
4. Once its nice and thick, serve with a garnish of parsley and sautéed mushrooms.
