Ingredients

Chicken Seasoning
- 2 Chicken breasts, large, cut in half to make 4 thin chicken breasts
- 0.5 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
Cooking Chicken
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
Lemon Sauce w/ Gnocchis
- 4 clove Garlic, minced
- 0.5 c Chicken Broth
- 1 Lemon, juiced
- 1 c heavy whipping cream
- 16 oz uncooked gnocchis
- 0.5 c shredded parmesan cheese
- 2 c Baby spinach
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste

Directions

Seasoning the Chicken
1. Start by seasoning your chicken with lemon pepper seasoning and garlic powder on both sides.
Pan Frying the Chicken
1. Add oil and butter to a pan on medium high heat.
2. Add in chicken and pan fry until chicken is cooked through.
3. Remove from pan, place on a plate and set aside.
Preparing the Sauce
1. To the same pan, add in minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds.
2. Then add in chicken broth and lemon juice, scraping the bottom.
3. Then add in your heavy whipping cream.
4. Mix.
5. Add in gnocchis and let boil for 5-7 minutes.
Finalizing the Dish
1. Remove from the heat and add in shredded parmesan and spinach.
2. Mix until spinach is wilted down.
3. Add in chicken breasts and spoon sauce over top.
Serving
1. Serve and enjoy!
