- 2 tsp Sesame oil
- 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 0.5 tbsp Sugar
- pinch of salt
- Green onion, optional

Directions

Boiling the eggs
1. Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the eggs until they are hard, around 12 minutes.
2. Peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
Preparing the filling
1. In a bowl, mix the egg yolks, mayo, sesame oil, sesame seeds, sugar and salt.
2. Put the egg yolk mix into a piping tube.
Assembling the eggs
1. Fill the egg white halves with the egg yolk mixture.
2. Top the eggs with sesame seeds and green onion.
