- 1 rotisserie chicken
- 1 c Salsa
- 6 oz Cream cheese
- 0.5 c Sour cream
- 1 White onion, small, diced
- 5 clove Garlic, crushed
- 1 tbsp Chili powder
- 0.5 tbsp Cumin
- 0.5 tsp Kosher salt
- 1 tsp sazon
- 1 tsp sofrito
- 1 Lime, juiced
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 12 Corn tortillas
- 3 c Monteray jack cheese
- cotija cheese

Directions

For the creamy chicken taco filling
1. In a crock pot or dutch oven add olive oil.
2. Add your chicken, salsa, cream cheese, sour cream, onions, garlic and all the spices.
3. Give everything a good mix.
4. Let that mixture come to a simmer and then add in the lime juice.
5. Continue to let simmer or serve once everything is heated through and cheeses are melted together.
For building the tacos
1. Heat a skillet to medium.
2. Add a corn tortilla to the heated oiled skillet.
3. Add cheese and cover with a small lid until melted.
4. Add creamy chicken taco filling and cotija cheese and fold over.
5. Cook taco until golden brown on each side.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
