Ingredients

Crust
- 2 tbsp graham cracker crumbs
- 0.5 tbsp Butter, melted
Cheesecake
- 0.5 c cottage cheese
- 1 Large egg
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 0.5 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 scoop protein powder

Directions

Crust
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
2. Mix together the Graham Cracker Crumbs and Butter.
3. Press into a small ramekin dish.
4. Bake until the crust is golden brown, 5-7 minutes.
5. Lower the oven temperature to 325°F.
Cheesecake
1. Add all the ingredients for the Cheesecake into a food processor or blender.
2. Process or blend everything together until smooth.
3. Pour your mix into your Cheesecake dish or pan and bake until set, 20-25 minutes.
4. Let it cool, wrap it up, and put it into the fridge for a few hours before slicing.
