Ribs
- 1 rack ribs
- 2 tbsp Healthy Rican Savory Spice Mix
- 1 mango, ripe, chopped
- 1 c bbq sauce

Directions

Marinating the ribs
1. Marinate the ribs with Healthy Rican Savory Spice Mix or Adobo.
Starting the grill
1. Start the grill on low temperature.
Grilling the ribs
1. Add the ribs, cover and slow cook for a couple of hours, turning the ribs every 30 mins or so.
Making the mango BBQ sauce
1. Make the mango BBQ sauce by blending mango chunks into a purée and adding your favorite BBQ sauce. Sweet Baby Rays is my favorite.
Adding the BBQ sauce to the ribs
1. Add the BBQ sauce on top of the ribs, continue to cook for 30 mins, turn add BBQ. Add as much BBQ as you like.
Cooking the ribs
1. Cook the ribs for approximately 3 hours on low. The longer you cook on low the more tender the ribs will be.
Finishing the ribs
1. Once done, top with more BBQ and enjoy! Or top with the mango chimichurri sauce I shared in a previous video.
2. Enjoy!!!
