Corned Beef Silog Recipe (with Video)

1. Mince 5-6 cloves of garlic, dice onion, peel potato and dice into small cubes.
2. Add oil to a pan.
3. Saute garlic until slightly brown.
4. Add day old rice and let it get crispy.
5. Season the rice with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, butter, and garlic flakes.
6. Saute garlic from earlier and onion in a pan.
7. Add in potatoes.
8. Add in corned beef and cook until the potatoes are soft.
9. Fry the egg how you like it.
10. Assemble! (add more garlic flakes and scallions to garnish)
