Fried Rice
- 4 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 3 tbsp Kewpie mayo
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 4 c Rice, cooked, chilled
- 4 Green onion, chopped
- 0.5 c Corn
- 0.5 c Carrot, chopped
- 0.5 c Green beans, chopped
- 2 Chinese preserved sausages
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- Salt, to taste
- 2 tbsp Sesame oil
- 3 tbsp Oil

Directions

Preparation of Ingredients
1. Start by chopping up the green onion, carrot, green beans and Chinese preserved sausages.
Cooking Process
1. In a frying pan, add oil then cook the sausages, green beans, corn and carrot over medium heat.
2. Add salt to taste and cook for around 3-4 minutes.
3. Add oyster sauce and mayo into the pan and let it heat for around 1 minute.
4. Then add in the cooked rice - make sure that it is chilled.
5. Turn the heat to high, add in the soy sauce and mix well.
6. Next, crack the eggs and cook before mixing it with the rest of the fried rice.
7. Lastly, add the green onion and sesame oil and mix well.
