For the muffin
- 1.5 c all-purpose flour
- 0.5 c light brown sugar
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 0.25 tsp Baking soda
- 0.25 tsp Salt
- 0.75 c Milk
- 0.333 c Canola oil
- 2 Large eggs
For the crumble topping
- 0.333 c Granulated sugar
- 0.333 c light brown sugar
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 0.25 tsp Salt
- 0.5 c Unsalted butter, melted
- 1.5 c all-purpose flour
For the glaze
- 0.25 c confectioner’s sugar
- 0.5 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 tsp Milk

Directions

Preparation
1. Pre-heat the oven to 350.
For the Crumble Topping
1. Combine the sugars, cinnamon, salt, butter, and flour and mix well. Set aside.
For the Muffin Batter
1. Combine the flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt and mix until well incorporated.
2. Add in your milk, oil, and eggs and mix until a batter forms. Do not over mix.
Assembling and Baking
1. Pour batter into muffin tin and top with some crumble topping.
2. Bake until fully baked through. This should take about 21 minutes.
For the Icing
1. While the muffins are baking, assemble your icing.
2. Add your sugar, milk, and vanilla to a bowl and stir.
Final Step
1. Top muffins with icing and enjoy!
