- 0.333 c Tahini
- 0.5 c Cashews
- 2 clove Garlic
- 1 Lemon, juiced
- 0.25 c cold water
- 2 tbsp EVOO
- 0.5 tsp Cumin
- 0.25 tsp Smoked paprika
- salt and pepper, to taste
- EVOO
- Smoked paprika, optional topping
- Cilantro, optional topping

Instructions
1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth, pausing a few times to scrape down the sides.
