Cinnamon Sugar Blondies Recipe (with Video)

Preparation
1. Start by preheating your oven to 350 and line a 8x8 baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Then cream together your butter and brown sugar.
Mixing Ingredients
1. Add in your egg and vanilla extract and mix these together until nice and smooth.
2. Then fold in your flour and mix till smooth.
3. Transfer this mixture to your prepared baking sheet and top with your cinnamon sugar and bake for 20-24 minutes.
Cooling and Serving
1. Let this cool down in the baking sheet for 15 minutes before removing and placing on a wire rack for 30 minutes.
2. These are also great served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top! Definitely should try it out!
