Cinnamon Roll in a Mug Recipe (with Video)

To make the dough
1. Whisk together the egg, sugar, milk, and vanilla.
2. Then add the pancake mix and combine using a spatula.
3. Spread flour over your table and knead the dough until smooth.
4. Flatten and create an 8x6 rectangle, cut the edges.
To create the filling
1. Combine butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
2. Then spread evenly over dough.
To assemble the cinnamon roll
1. Roll your cinnamon creating a cylinder, the more layers the better.
2. Cut your roll into 3 and put the pieces inside a mug.
3. Add a few drops of water (so it retains moisture) and microwave at 50% power for 1:45 mins.
To make the icing
1. Combine powdered sugar and milk.
2. Pour over cinnamon roll and enjoy!
