Ingredients

- 1 slice Bread
- 150 grams Greek yogurt
- 1 slice Lemon
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 pinch Dill
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tbsp White vinegar
- 1.5 tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp Chili flakes

Directions

1. Mix together the greek yoghurt, dill, grated garlic clove and lemon
2. Poach the eggs by slowly dropping them into spinning boiling water with 1 tbsp white vinegar
3. Remove eggs and place on paper towel
4. Toast the bread
5. Melt the butter in a pan and add the chilli flakes
6. Serve the dish by spreading out the greek yoghurt mixture followed by the eggs, butter mix, extra dill, salt, pepper
7. Enjoy with toasted bread
