Ingredients

Chicken Preparation
- 2 Chicken breast
- 1 tsp Kosher salt
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tbsp Garlic powder
- 1 tbsp Onion powder
- 1 Butter, stick divided in half
- 0.5 c Parmesan cheese
- Oil, for frying
Salad
- Romaine lettuce
- 8 grape tomatoes
- 1 c croutons
- 0.5 c Caesar dressing
Bread
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 4 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 Italian bread

Directions

Seasoning the Chicken
1. Season your chicken breast with kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
2. Set to the side to rest.
3. Oil a pan once it's heated.
4. Add your chicken breast and sear for two minutes.
5. Flip and cook another two minutes.
6. Repeat this process two more times.
7. The second time, add one of your halves of butter and baste until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
Preparing the Salad
1. On a large cutting board, chop lettuce, tomatoes, croutons, and chicken.
2. Add to a large bowl with salt, pepper, parmesan cheese, and Caesar dressing.
3. Toss until well combined.
Preparing the Bread
1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
2. In a small bowl, add minced garlic, remaining butter, and Italian seasoning.
3. Spread the butter onto your Italian bread.
4. Toast for five minutes.
Assembling the Sandwich
1. Add the chicken Caesar salad mix to the sandwich.
2. Serve and enjoy!
