Ingredients

Chicken Wings
- 8 Chicken wings, whole, cut into drums & flats
- 0.5 tbsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp White pepper
- 0.5 tbsp chicken bouillon powder
- 1 tsp Curry powder
- 2 tbsp Cornstarch
- Oil, for deep frying

Directions

Seasoning the Wings
1. Season the wings with the salt, white pepper, chicken bouillon powder, and curry powder.
2. Mix well and let marinade for 30 minutes to an hour at room temperature.
Preparation for Frying
1. Preheat deep frying oil at 300*F.
2. Coat the chicken in cornstarch.
3. Fry the wings in batches to avoid overcrowding.
4. Cook for 8-10 minutes.
Final Frying and Serving
1. Once all the chicken is cooked, heat the oil to 350* F and cook the chicken in batches until golden brown and crispy. About 3 minutes.
2. Season the chicken with a little salt once it comes out of the oil.
3. Serve warm with a side of white rice.
