Ingredients

- 6 oz bean sprouts
- 0.75 cup shredded carrots
- 1 mini cucumber
- Cilantro, chopped for garnish
Sauce Ingredients
- 3 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
- 0.5 tsp Chili flakes
- 1.5 tsp Chili powder
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1.5 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar, or rice vinegar
- 0.75 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 0.5 tsp Sesame oil
- 2 tsp chili oil
- 1 pinch Garlic salt, to taste

Directions

1. Boil bean sprouts and shredded carrots for about 40 seconds. Drain then rinse under cold water. Set aside.
2. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a small pan until hot.
3. In the meantime, add minced garlic, sesame seeds, chili flakes, and chili powder to a small bowl.
4. Pour the hot oil over the garlic mixture, then add soy sauce, vinegar, oyster sauce, sesame oil, chili oil, and salt. Mix until well combined.
5. Place drained bean sprouts and carrots in a bowl, then add julienned cucumber on top. Pour the prepared garlic and chili dressing over the salad.
6. Garnish with some chopped cilantro on top, if desired.
7. Gently mix everything together & enjoy!
