Chicken Scampi Recipe (with Video)

Preparing the Chicken
1. Cut 2-3 chicken breasts into small strips and pound.
2. Season both sides with a sprinkle of salt, pepper, paprika, and flour.
3. Brown the chicken in 1T oil and 1T butter until golden brown on each side.
Creating the Sauce
1. After removing the chicken, add 1 cup of chicken broth to the pan.
2. Add 1T minced garlic, the juice of 1 large lemon, and a touch of that delightful lemon rind to the pan.
Combining and Serving
1. Once the angel hair pasta is cooked to perfection, toss it with the mouthwatering chicken.
2. Top it off with diced tomatoes, freshly grated parmesan cheese and vibrant parsley for that fresh and zesty touch.
