Ingredients

For Chicken
- 6 Chicken thighs, boneless skinless cubed
- 2 tbsp White pepper
- 2 tbsp Garlic powder
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
For Lo mein
- 1 c bok choy
- 0.5 c Carrots, shredded or julienned
- 2 pks egg noodles or ramen noodles
- 1 tbsp ginger paste
- 1 tbsp Garlic, minced
- 0.5 tbsp Lemongrass
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
Sauce
- 0.5 c Chicken stock
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 3 tbsp oyster paste/sauce
- 0.5 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Corn starch

Directions

Prepare the Chicken
1. Dice your chicken into small cubes.
2. Season with white pepper, garlic powder and soy sauce.
3. Heat a wok to medium high heat and add oil.
4. Cook your chicken in the wok until cooked through.
5. Once chicken is cooked, set it aside.
Prepare the Sauce
1. In a bowl whisk together chicken stock, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Set it aside.
Cook the Vegetables and Combine
1. Heat your wok to medium high heat and add your oil once it is hot.
2. Add ginger paste, minced garlic and lemongrass and stir until fragrant.
3. Add in cooked chicken, Bok Choy, Carrots.
4. Cook chicken and vegetable down until bok choy is wilting.
5. Add noodles to the pan as well as your sauce.
6. Use tongs or chopsticks to fold all ingredients together.
7. The sauce will thicken as you cook it. Cook for about 5-8 minutes.
Final Step
1. Serve hot and enjoy!
