Ingredients

Chicken and Cheese
- 1 lb Chicken breasts, cubed, boneless, skinless
- 0.25 c Parmesan cheese, grated
- 0.25 c Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 0.5 tsp Garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 0.25 tsp Black pepper
- 1 Egg
Pizza Toppings
- 0.5 c Pizza Sauce
- 1 c Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 0.5 c Bell peppers, thinly sliced
- 0.5 c Red onion, thinly sliced
- 0.5 c Cherry tomatoes, halved
- 0.25 c black olives, sliced

Directions

Preparation
1. Preheat your oven to 425°F.
2. In a food processor, pulse the chicken chunks until they are finely ground, resembling a coarse paste.
3. Transfer the ground chicken to a clean kitchen towel or paper towels and squeeze out any excess moisture.
4. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, Parmesan, mozzarella, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
5. Add the egg and mix well until all the ingredients are evenly combined.
6. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
7. Place the chicken mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and use your hands to shape it into a round pizza crust, about 1/4 inch thick and 12-14 inches wide.
8. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, or until it’s cooked through and slightly golden around the edges.
9. Remove it from the oven and let it cool slightly.
Assembling the Pizza
1. Spread the pizza sauce over the crust, leaving a small border around the edges.
2. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
3. Scatter the sliced bell peppers, red onion, cherry tomatoes, and black olives over the cheese.
4. Bake the pizza for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
5. Slice into wedges and serve warm.
