Ingredients

- 2 TBS Butter
- 2 TBS Olive oil
- 1 Onion, diced
- 3 Cloves Garlic, Minced
- 2 TBS Chicken Bouillon
- 16 oz Orzo
- 4 C water
- 1 Package Frozen peas, cooked to package instructions
- 1 C Grated parmesan

Directions

Preparation
1. In a pot over medium heat, melt the butter and olive oil.
2. Add in onions and cook until they begin to soften.
3. Add in garlic and cook until fragrant.
4. Add in orzo and chicken bouillon, stir to toast the orzo and so it can absorb the liquid for about 1 minute.
5. Pour in the 4 cups of water, and cook uncovered stirring often, until the pasta has absorbed all the liquid. Lower the heat as needed.
6. Add in cooked peas and parmesan cheese and stir until thoroughly incorporated.
7. Serve immediately.
