Ingredients

Biscuits
- 2 cups Flour
- 1 tbsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 0.5 tsp Garlic powder
- 0.25 tsp Baking soda
- 0.25 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Milk, or a bit more if too dry
- 0.333 cup Butter, cold, fresh out of the fridge
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese, freshly shredded, melts better
Garlic Butter
- 0.25 cup Butter, melted
- 1 tsp Parsley, fresh, chopped
- 0.75 tsp Garlic powder

Directions

Preparation
1. Pre-Heat oven to 400F (375 for Convection).
2. Mix together your flour, baking powder, sugar, baking soda, salt and garlic powder.
3. Add your butter to your mixture and using a fork or pastry cutter mash it till small pea sized clumps form.
4. Dump in your cheddar cheese and milk and stir till a dough forms.
5. Drop large heaping scoops of your dough onto a baking Sheet and bake for 12-18 minutes or until Lightly golden.
For the butter
1. For our butter we combine the melted butter, parsley and garlic powder and mix well and coat biscuits right before serving.
