Cereal Bars Recipe (with Video)

Preparation of marshmallow mixture
1. In a large microwavable bowl, place marshmallows and butter.
2. Microwave at 30 second intervals, mixing in between, until the butter and marshmallows are thoroughly combined.
Mixing and setting
1. Pour cereal on top and mix using a spatula until combined.
2. Line a baking dish with parchment paper and place the sticky cereal on top, pressing down with the spatula to create an even layer.
3. Sprinkle a little salt on top (it evens out the flavors).
4. Let it cool for an hour before cutting.
