Ingredients

Branzino Fish
- 2 Branzino fish
- 2 Cedar Planks
- 2 tbsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Pepper
- 2 tbsp Caribbean spice blend
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 Lemons, sliced
- 1 Orange, sliced and halved
- 4 tbsp Herb Butter / Microgreens Butter

Directions

Preparation of Cedar Planks and Fish
1. Soak the cedar planks per instructions, until ready to use. You will want to do this for at least 15 min.
2. Pat your fish dry on each side using a paper towel.
3. Score Branzino on both sides, using a sharp knife.
Seasoning the Fish
1. Evenly disperse salt and pepper on the fish on both sides and inside.
2. Season with Caribbean blend (Spice Tribe Mama Manje) on both sides and inside.
3. Drizzle with olive oil, inside and out.
4. Add lemons and oranges inside.
5. Add micro greens butter or herb butter on top of the lemons and oranges.
6. Secure the fish opening with toothpicks.
Grilling the Fish
1. Place the prepared Branzino on the Cedar planks.
2. Add a few more herbed butter dollops on top before placing your Branzino on the grill.
3. Place cedar planks on the hot grill and cook to your liking.
