Directions

Prepare the Egg Mixture
1. Mix eggs, cheese, salt & pepper together until fully combined and set aside.
Make the Carbonara
1. Add bacon to pan over medium heat.
2. Once cooked, remove all grease, leaving 1 Tbsp in the pan.
3. Add pasta & mix into hot bacon.
4. Turn off heat & immediately add egg mixture.
5. Mix together until creamy & cooked through.
6. Top with parmesan & enjoy!
