Gochujang Sauce
- 0.333 c gochujang
- 0.25 c water
- 2 tbsp Brown sugar
- 1 clove Garlic, minced or crushed
- 2 tbsp Fresh ginger, grated
- 1.5 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Rice wine vinegar
- 0.5 tsp gochugaru
- 2 tsp toasted white sesame seeds

Directions

Preparing the Sauce
1. Combine all of the ingredients, save for the sesame seeds, in a small saucepot.
2. Whisk to combine the ingredients and cook over medium heat for 10-15 minutes or until thickened.
3. Set aside until ready to use or allow the sauce to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until ready to use, up to 2 weeks.
Before Serving
1. When ready to serve, garnish with sesame seeds.
