Ingredients

- 2 Tbs Balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbs Olive oil
- Pinch, salt and fresh black pepper
- 0.5 slice Baguette, in diagonal slices
- 1 Tbs Fresh thyme
- 200 g Brie, sliced
- 200 g Prosciutto, sliced thinly
- 1 cup baby arugula leaves

Directions

1. In a jar, mix the balsamic vinegar, a tbsp of olive oil, salt and pepper.
2. Shake vigorously until it emulsifies into a vinaigrette. Sprinkle the bread slices with the rest of the olive oil and thyme.
3. Toast them on a hot pan until golden brown on both sides.
4. Assemble the crostini, on each bread lay a slice of brie, a slice of prosciutto, some arugula and a splash of vinaigrette.
5. Share and enjoy.
