- 2 Arnotts Cruskits
- 0.5 Avocado
- 2 Eggs, boiled, yolks removed
- 1 tsp salt and pepper
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- 1 spring onion
- 0.5 red chilli

Directions

1. Mash together the avocado, boiled eggs, salt & pepper.
2. Cook the halloumi in a pan on high heat for approximately 2-3 minutes on each side.
3. Add the honey and chilli flakes in the last 2 minutes of cooking to make it sticky.
4. Assemble the Cruskits with the avocado mix, halloumi, spring onions & fresh chilli.
