- 250 g cassava flour
- 125 ml Milk
- 60 ml Vegetable oil
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 1 Egg
- 200 g Mozzarella cheese, grated
- 60 g Parmesan, grated

Directions

Prepare the dough
1. You can make the whole dough in one pot.
2. First, bring milk and oil to a boil, and take it off the heat when it bubbles.
3. Then stir in cassava flour; it will be crumbly.
4. It should be cool enough at this point to add the egg and cheese and mix well until you have a smooth and silky dough.
Shape the cheese bread
1. Using an ice cream scoop or spoon, scoop out equal parts of dough roughly the size of a ping pong ball.
2. Roll them into balls and place them on your baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake the bread
1. Pre-heat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
2. Then bake your Pao de Queijo for 15-20 minutes until golden.
3. Enjoy warm.
