Biscoff Truffles
- 45 Biscoff cookies
- 0.25 c biscoff butter
- 8 oz Cream cheese, FULL FAT, Don't use none fat.
- 10 oz white chocolate melts

Directions

Step 1: Prepare the Cookies
1. Add cookies to food processor, and blend until the cookies have no more large crumbs and become like a fine powder.
Step 2: Mix Ingredients
1. Microwave the Biscoff butter for 15 seconds to help get it a little less thick & then add to the food processor with the room temperature cream cheese.
Step 3: Form the Balls
1. Once your cream cheese, Biscoff cookies & Biscoff are all mixed together you can roll the dough into small 1 inch balls. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet and freeze for 20 minutes.
Step 4: Coat the Balls
1. Lastly, melt your white chocolate melts and dip your Biscoff balls in it and fully coat them. You can decorate them with more Biscoff butter or some crushed up cookies like I did! Keep these in the fridge until time to eat!
