- 2 tsp Cornstarch
- 1 tsp White wine
- 1 tsp Granulated sugar
- 1 lb Chicken breast, cut into strips
- 1 tsp pink Himalayan salt
- 1 tsp coarse black pepper
- 1 tbsp gluten free hoisin sauce
- 2 tbsp Chicken Broth
- 2 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 lb gluten free rice noodles
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 bunch Kale, stemmed and chopped

Directions

Preparing the Chicken and Marinade
1. In a small bowl whisk together 1 tablespoon of gluten free soy sauce, cornstarch, white wine vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
2. In a large bowl pour mixture over sliced chicken and shake until chicken is fully coated.
Preparing the Sauce
1. To make the sauce, grab a small bowl and mix together 2 tablespoons soy sauce, hoisin sauce, chicken broth, and sesame sauce.
2. Set sauce aside.
Cooking the Noodles
1. Boil water and cook noodles until done.
2. Rinse noodles.
Cooking the Chicken
1. In a large skillet heat olive oil over medium heat.
2. Add chicken with marinade to skillet and cook until golden brown.
Adding the Kale and Finalizing the Dish
1. Wash, stem, and chop kale.
2. Add kale to chicken and toss until combined well.
3. Add noodles and sauce.
4. The dish is done when the kale is wilted slightly.
