Pizza Dough
- 1.5 cups Flour
- 0.5 pack dry yeast
- 1.5 tsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- pinch Salt
- 75 ml Warm water, slightly
- 2 tsp beetroot powder
Topping
- 1 cup Tomato sauce
- 1 cup Baby spinach
- 1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
- 0.5 cup Artichoke hearts
- 0.5 cup vegan cheese
- 1 cup Arugula
- 0.25 cup Red onion, pickled
- 1 tbsp balsamic glaze

Directions

To make the pizza dough
1. Mix beetroot powder with slightly warm water for an even distribution later in the dough.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour with yeast, salt, sugar, and beetroot-water.
3. Stir with a wooden spoon until clumps form.
4. Knead for a few minutes and add olive oil.
5. Keep kneading until a smooth dough forms.
6. Let the dough rest at room temperature, covered, for 45 minutes or more until it has doubled in size.
7. Gently knead for another minute and form a ball.
To prepare the pizza
1. Use a rolling pin to create your desired pizza shape and add your favorite toppings.
2. This recipe suggests using tomato sauce, baby spinach, sliced mushrooms, artichoke hearts, vegan cheese, arugula, pickled red onion, and balsamic glaze.
3. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F and use the pizza function if you have one.
4. Bake for 13–15 minutes until the cheese has melted and the crust is nicely browned.
